Hunter of Your Own Traces
Observation is hard to sustain if it turns into duty or a fight against yourself. Attention OS offers another image: the hunter's interest in traces.
The hunter here is not pursuing an enemy inside. He is learning to recognize automatic movements earlier: a moment of hurt self-image, inner argument, habitual impulse, or attention leak.
Personal power in this simple sense is the experience that attention does not have to follow the first impulse completely. It can be at least partly returned and directed toward what you actually chose.

Every noticed trace is not a reason to judge yourself, but a chance to see the movement earlier and return choice.
