What May Change at the Beginning of Practice
The practice usually does not begin with constant clarity, but with a few moments you suddenly see differently.
At first, capture may be noticed only after the reaction: the argument happened, the time was lost, the decision was already made. This does not make the record useless. This is how a personal map of repetitions begins to appear.
Over time, some movements of attention may become visible earlier. A person begins to understand what catches them, where it pulls them, and what action actually helps them return.
Not the disappearance of emotions
The practice does not require you to stop feeling anxiety, anger, or desire.
Not a judgment of personality
One episode is an observation, not a conclusion about who you are.
Finding working returns
It is valuable to see what actually returns attention for you.
