The app is not the whole Attention OS. It is a tool for a short action at the moment when attention has already begun to move away.
Its task is to help leave a trace, create a pause, see repetitions over time, and return to the life you have chosen - not to keep you inside the app.

When you have chosen a task and want to notice what pulls you away and what helps you return.

When a purchase impulse can be left on pause for 24 or 48 hours and decided later.
